Meetings

International conferences are excellent venues for networking, but it is sometimes hard to find a place for a private meeting during the conference. This is why NordiCHI’14 provides a meeting room (12 people) for you to rent on hourly basis, 50€/hour. The room is located near to the conference lecture halls on the same floor.

If you want to book a meeting room:

1. Check the status of meeting room reservations
2. Write down the slots you want in an email
3. Indicate your name as it was in your conference registration
4. Indicate whether the room rent billing details are the same as your conference registration
5. Send the email to info@nordichi2014.org

Confedent, the conference agency, will send you more information about the room and billing.
